Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, and if it is eligible for exchange, you can exchange it for a different size or color, free of charge. However, all exchanges are subject to inventory availability and adherence to our returns policy. Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Original items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories. To avoid damages, we recommend trying on footwear in clean, carpeted areas. Initial shipping charges are not refundable.

Sale merchandise 30% off and above are Final Sale.

All Sale, SW Outlet and customized orders are Final Sale. They are not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments.

For purchases from external vendors, please contact the original place of purchase directly for all inquiries.


HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM


STEP 1: To start your exchange, click here.

STEP 2: Select the original item you would like to exchange, then choose a different size or color, if available. You will receive an email confirming your exchange.

STEP 3: To ensure inventory availability, please ship the original item to our distribution center within 2 to 3 days of initiating the exchange. You will receive an email once your original item has shipped.

STEP 4: We will notify you via email when your original item arrives back in our distribution center. Following that, we will process your exchange, and you will receive a confirmation email once your replacement item has been shipped. Please note if the replacement item is not available, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment. Lastly, if we do not receive your original item at our distribution center, your exchange will be canceled.
