SHIPPING DETAILS

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST are processed the following business day Monday through Friday. Holiday and Weekend orders are processed the following business day. We ship all orders via UPS, so unfortunately orders cannot be delivered to international addresses. Delivery dates are estimates and include processing & transit time. ETA will vary based on geographic location.

Items may be shipped separately depending on availability. You will be notified via email if the merchandise you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment.

Please note that this website only services Canadian shipping addresses.

Residential addresses require signature upon delivery. If you are shipping to a business address, the company name must be identified in the shipping and billing information.

No deliveries are made on National Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• All orders are shipped from Canada. Customers do not pay for duties. The price indicated in your shopping cart is the final price paid in Canadian dollars.
• A Customer Service agent will contact for address verification if the billing and shipping address differs.
• You will be notified via e-mail if the merchandise you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment.
• All shipments are pending credit card authorization. If any delays occur due to credit card authorization, we will do our best to notify you of the change in delivery service.
• Please allow up to an additional 2 business days from the order date for:
  - Order verification (to ensure the safety of our customers, we may be contact you to verify this information. Your order will not be processed until your information is verified.)
• Important note: National Bank Holidays & Weekend orders are processed the following business day.
• Orders cannot be shipped through freight forwarders. Any order shipped using a freight forwarding service will be cancelled
