Shipping Details

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST are processed the following business day Monday through Friday. Holiday and Weekend orders are processed the following business day. We ship all orders via UPS, so unfortunately orders cannot be delivered to international addresses. Delivery dates are estimates and include processing & transit time. ETA will vary based on geographic location.


Items may be shipped separately depending on availability. You will be notified via email if the merchandise you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment.

Customer orders for delivery to Nunavut, the Northwest Territories or Yukon must select Express Plus at a flat rate of $50 for shipments to these regions. Please anticipate 7 business days for delivery. You will be charged $50 for the cost of the return shipment in the event that you wish to return your order.

Residential addresses require signature upon delivery. If you are shipping to a business address, the company name must be identified in the shipping and billing information.

No deliveries are made on National Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

  • All orders are shipped from Canada. Customers do not pay for duties. The price indicated in your shopping cart is the final price paid in Canadian dollars.
  • A Customer Service agent will contact for address verification if the billing and shipping address differs.

  • All shipments are pending credit card authorization. If any delays occur due to credit card authorization, we will do our best to notify you of the change in delivery service.
