Stuart Weitzman’s Bold Movers Program With Vital Voices

Since 2020, Stuart Weitzman has partnered with Vital Voices Global Partnership,
a non-profit committed to investing in women leaders solving the world’s challenges. After
investing $300,000 with the organization over the past three years, we wanted to further our
commitment to empowering women to make bold moves in line with our brand purpose of
inspiring women with strength and confidence.

With this, Stuart Weitzman is proud to introduce Bold Movers: Investing in Women Working
Towards Gender Equity, in continued partnership with Vital Voices. This new program is
dedicated to investing in women advancing inclusive workplace initiatives, specifically to
address challenges for working mothers and caregivers.

This program was built in response to the fact that there has been a backsliding in career
opportunities and growth for women — especially women who balance being a professional
and a caregiver — in recent years. It also aligns with the United Nations Department of
Economic and Social Affairs, Sustainable Development Goal 5: To achieve gender equality
and empower all women and girls.

Designed in partnership with Vital Voices, the Bold Movers Program is a bespoke,
seven-week program dedicated to empowering a diverse group of women in the United States
to lead change in their communities and beyond.

The program includes: weekly virtual leadership training sessions on topics like
confidence-building to taking bold action; innovative, tailored mentorship opportunities
centered on driving change in the workplace and communities; and lifelong participation
in a network of like-minded peers working towards gender equity.

Selected participants will also get the chance to travel to the Stuart Weitzman
headquarters in New York City for in-person training and networking, as well as be eligible
to apply for financial support in the form of a project grant.
